Acrobatics encompasses the floor element of Gymnastics, including flexibility, tumbling, partner and counterbalance skills.  TDC offers a program with 6 levels of instruction.  Students will learn basic building blocks in lower levels, such as hand stands, splits, roll skills and back bend skills.  As they move through the program, students progress to more difficult balance skills and tumbling skills including back handsprings, tucks, layouts etc.  Acro students are also challenged to achieve increased flexibility and control in balance through strength and physical awareness.
